What we’re expecting for Harvest Moon: One World

Natsume a long-time worldwide developer of family-oriented video games, announced their latest title, Harvest Moon: One World for Nintendo Switch, which will be launching later this year.

Harvest Moon, first released in 1997 on the Super Nintendo, continues in 2020 on the Nintendo Switch. Thats over 20 years of Harvest Moon!

Over the decades, Harvest Moon has evolved but has always retained the traditional, family-friendly farming fun that the franchise is known for. The new engine and new graphics will upgrade this experience for 2020. We are so excited to share more about the features of Harvest Moon: One World in the coming months.

President and CEO of Natsume

In the upcoming release of Harvest Moon, players will be in a world without tomatoes, strawberries, or even cabbage.

Players are going to be shocked by a mysterious discovery, that doesn’t just affect their home town – but the entire world. We are expecting that players will be able to travel outside of their own town from the gorgeous beaches of Halo Halo to the snowy mountains of Salmiakki.

They put it quite simply for us…
“there’s literally an entire world to explore.”

Not only are playings going to be managing their own farm, but they will be travelling to unique and different villages across the world, and while doing so they will get to experience a range of adventurous challenges.

We’re looking forward to it! What do you think? Lets us know on Twitter.
